I'm drinking this.
The closest thing to an ale I can drink for 5 years.

That stuff is ginger flavored soda, if you want real ginger ale you want This

Yeah buddy! Although I recommend Vernors for ginger ale or Muskoka Dry Pale.

Its what we had in the house. Don't judge. I know its not that great but whatever.

Have you ever had reeds?
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:23 |

Why 5 years?
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:23 |

Stuff that's probably not in NY?
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:24 |

Because I'm 16.

I think Vernors will probably be there, but you'd have to order the Muskoka stuff. I found it in stores once, and I only live a few hours from the brewery. Amazing stuff, though.

No, Adirondack is the best I've had but that's probably just soda too.

Ya thats just soda. You can get reeds at trader joes or whole foods, its 5 bucks for a 4 pack, not too expensive. Plus its 25% fruit juice
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:28 |
|
Ill look for it
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:28 |

The alternative is order online. Or go to the brewery if you're ever in Muskoka.

Um, I'm confused...why?
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:30 |

I'll have to see if there's a Trader Joes near me.

My question remains the same... why 5 years.
Ok I'll stop being a bad influence

Weak stuff. If you want to burn the hair off your chest, you'll drink this: http://www.thirstydudes.com/files/uploads/…
That's right. The bottle is opaque .
(but seriously, if you've only ever had Reed's, graduate to this. It's like fireworks going off in your mouth. There are some better flavored ginger brews, but none that are as good tasting and as spicy)
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:32 |

where can I get that?
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:33 |
|
Because I'm not in a hurry to drink and I can wait.
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:33 |
|
Why what? If the 5 years thing I'm 16 and not in a hurry to drink alcohol.

Dunno. I get it locally and I've seen it carried in various stores. It looks like some of it can be bought on Amazon, but usually in bulk. You might be able to order off their website: http://maineroot.com/
They popped up recently and produce what, in my experience, is the spiciest (but still drinkable) ginger brew ever sold. Their Root Beer is good too, the rest is "meh". They are not health drinks though and contain plenty of sugar, keep that in mind.

Looks like I could get it at whole foods. They advertise that its gluten free. I always laugh when people advertise non alcoholic beverages as gluten free. If it had gluten in it, it wouldnt be a liquid, it would have a thickness to it

Mix that with vodka and its a good drink.
Oh wait i mix everything with vodka
shit i think i have a problem.....

Good on you, at 16 I was a borderline alcoholic.

Have you ever had Blenheim Ginger Ale? Not sure how far it is available outside the Carolinas, but it is a ginger ale, not a ginger beer [not sure of that stuff you recommended earlier]. The red cap will clear your sinus real quick. It's made in, of all places, Blenheim, SC. I've only seen it in Earth Fare's around the upstate of SC. They make it using a local mineral spring. Can't really remember the price. But not far off from the stuff you mentioned above.

You can still drink, but not abuse it or even get drunk. But no pressure.
![]() 08/16/2014 at 01:52 |
|
I don't have a desire to drink and don't see a reason to.
![]() 08/16/2014 at 01:56 |

I have no desire to get drunk, but I still enjoy alcoholic beverages from time to time because tastebudlopnik. I'm 20, by the way.
But again, no pressure. Drinking isn't something to rush into, and it's better to be safe than sorry. Glad to see you handling this better than many teenagers do.

Canada Dry is good, but you should also try Vernor's Ginger Ale, made in Detroit. Even better.
